The three musketeers

Alexandre Dumas father, 1844. This historical-adventure novel, which takes place in the 17th century, tells about the adventures of young d'Artagnan. The latter left his home and came to Paris to become a musketeer. Here he meets three inseparable musketeer friends: Athos, Porthos and Aramis.
"One for all, all for one." Four people who were like them, four people who were ready to sacrifice everything for each other, from their wallets to their lives, who always supported each other and never backed down, together or separately they carried out every decision they made together, four fists , which together or separately threatened every enemy, inevitably had to open a way for themselves to the stated objective, however distant or however strongly defended, either absolutely or secretly, directly or indirectly, by cunning or force.
The Musketeers story continues in two other Dumas novels, Twenty Years Later and Vicomte de Bragellon or Ten Years Later.
